Legal actions are initiated only with client authorization. Our clients receive a monthly status report of all active files.

We have in-house investigators who go to the debtor's place of business to ascertain the probability of debt recovery and attempt to contact the debtor personally. They are also equipped with Collection Master, authored by Commercial Legal Software (CLS), the most up-to-date collection software available to conduct searches involving:
